In the run-up to the 2004 American Election, the world took an increased international interest in the outcome of the U.S. presidential campaign. The Meeting depicts the events of a local meeting of an East London activist group, as they watch live footage from the Republican Convention in New York and later discuss their opinions and vent their frustrations.
